Your remaining tokens
are the hero's HP
When your AI agent works, a hero slashes the incoming code; when it rests, the hero sits by the campfire. Every 1% of usage you spend, the hero takes a hit. No more opening a website to check your limits.
FREE · MAC & WINDOWS · AUTO-UPDATE
Click the hero to get a reaction. Click five times in a row and it gets angry.
The real app
Once installed, it floats in a corner of your screen like this. The video shows the premium Korea series: a gat-wearing musa and a club-wielding dokkaebi fighting five-color spirits.
How usage is read
Each service gets its own hero. The hero's HP is whichever of the 5-hour, weekly or monthly limits has the least left.
Fights the code while your agent works.
Reacts the moment work is loggedRests by the campfire when work ends.
45s after Claude, 30s after CodexTakes a hit for every 1% of usage.
Warnings at 20% and 10% HPAt 0% the hero falls and a gravestone appears.
Shows time until resetWhen the limit resets, the hero drinks a potion and revives.
Level and XP are keptA hero that grows as you use
This isn't an app that tells you to save. Limits are best used before they reset, so the more you use, the higher the level.
BURNING TIME XP ×2
When a weekly or monthly reset is near and plenty is left, XP doubles. For weekly limits that's 20%+ left within 12 hours of reset; for monthly, 20%+ left within 3 days.
Run-out forecast
It calculates when you'll hit 0% at your last 30 minutes' pace. If you'll run out before the reset, it warns you ahead of time, like OUT 1H20.
Levels · Achievements 64
Each service earns XP fairly. There are achievements like late-night work, back-to-back BURNING, and reviving after a game over — and a few are hidden. Right-click the hero or click the menu bar (tray) icon, then open Achievements to see what you've earned.
Legendary Dragon 1 / 60000
Very rarely, a dragon flies in. Once one appears, there's a 7-day cooldown. You'll get a notification when it shows up, so don't miss it.
Customization FREE 17
Pick hero classes (pirate, chef, astronaut, cat, viking…), incoming enemies (commit logs, notification bombs, type errors) and rest scenes (midnight ramen, a handheld console) for each service. A few unlock as you level up. Right-click the hero or click the menu bar (tray) icon, then open Customize to change the hero, enemies, rest scene and backdrop.
Weekly record card
Turns how much you used each service this week into a single image, and copies it to the clipboard so you can paste it right away.
FAQ
How to see your Claude Code, Codex and Cursor usage at a glance, and what the app reads.
How can I check my remaining Claude Code usage (5-hour and weekly limits)?
Install Token Slayer and it reads your 5-hour and weekly limits using your Claude Code login (or a claude.ai login inside the app), then shows them as a pixel hero's HP in a corner of your screen. No need to open a page every time you want to check.
Can it show my remaining Codex limit too?
Yes. It shows your Codex 5-hour and weekly limits. It reads the records on this computer and, if you are logged in to Codex, also asks the server for usage so that usage from the web or other devices is included (you can turn this off in the menu).
Does it also track my Cursor monthly usage?
Yes. It uses the login saved by the Cursor app to show your monthly usage (including Auto and API) and the reset time. You only need to be logged in to the Cursor app.
Does it warn me before I run out?
Yes. It forecasts when you will hit 0% based on your last 30 minutes of usage, and sends a notification at 20% and 10% remaining. It also tells you when a reset is near and plenty of your limit is left.
Does it collect my conversations or personal data?
No. The app has no server of its own and collects nothing. It uses the logins you already have to ask each service for usage only, and never reads your conversations. This website counts visitors without cookies.
Is it free? Does it work on Windows? Can it break?
The app is free and runs on macOS and Windows (only the cosmetic packs are an optional purchase). Note that Claude and Cursor usage lookups are not official public APIs, so the display may stop temporarily if those services change; app updates fix that.
What does it read?
It uses the logins you already have to ask for usage only. It never reads your conversations.
